New life organiser

Being the stationery geek that I am, I've been hankering after a new bit of 'kit' for a little while now. The iconic Moleskine notebooks have been calling out to me recently, I love their 'clean-ness' and simplicity. Basically they're a pretty grown up kind of note-taker, so I thought I'd jump on board.

However I have to admit that the above is not the real deal, as I followed Suzie's lead and bought Sainsbury's cheapy version on my way home from work last week for £5. It's called a 'soft touch notebook', comes in a variety of colours and is a little different from the moleskine ones but is nice enough all the same.

I may have been a little optimistic with the title of this post but this notebook will at least rein in the scattered post-it note filing system I've got going on at the minute. I've already put it to good use and made of list of blog posts I want to write, as well as noting down ideas for loves ones' Christmas presents when something comes to mind.

Sorry if this post has been a bit of a dreary deidre for those of you without a 'thing' for notebooks, pens and various office supplies, but I do love a good bit of stationery.

  1. Me and my colleague often spend quiet moments discussing the new diary she is going to buy from paperchase. Its aces. You watch that pen mind- thats a smudger :)
